Siena and Chianti

DURATION: 7 h

Pick up at the hotel at 9am and drive to Siena. Or meet directly in Siena if you prefer. Enjoy your ride through gentle rolling hills and sunny sunflower fields! Once in Siena , your private local guide will start the guided walking tour showing the highlights of this absolutely terrific medioeval town.

The main square Piazza del Campo, where the Palio horse race is held twice a year. Relax for a while in one of the cafes, enjoying a foamy cappuccino before heading to the incredible wall striped Duomo, the cathedral. An example of pure beauty you will never forget!

It's lunch time.. so let's relax and enjoy a nice meal tasting local specialties.

After lunch we head to the Chianti-shire, strolling through beautiful narrow country roads. Visit one of the most fancy, cutting-edge winery in the heart of Chianti Classico area! You will enjoy the visit to the estate, the stunning ageing cellar and of course... the guided wine tasting!
