Private Brunello di Montalcino tour
The famous Brunello grape variety, a clone of the local Sangiovese, has its origins and is grown exclusively in Montalcino. Your driver and private tour guide/sommelier will pick you up at your hotel in the morning. The first stop will be a small winery: we will be given a guided tour by the wine producer and finally enjoy a pleasant guided tasting together.
Now it's time to take a walk in the centre: your private guide will show you the highlights of the village, such as the imposing 14th century fortress and the charming village. A delicious tasting of local organic honey will sweeten your walk.
Lunch along the way or in one of the wineries.
In the afternoon, we will head to a large and renowned estate for a visit and a final tasting of this local wine.
